If you want to use mod(pack)s you have to use the exact same version of that mod(packs) on your own computer as on your server.

Actually, configurations are not downloaded, they are created by the plugins, normally. @Vicenzo_Br I just checked your server and your configurations do have been created.

Wenn die Map im Singleplayer auch nicht funktioniert, dann wurde sie wahrscheinlich aufgrund des Serverabsturzes beschädigt. Du kannst versuchen die Welt mit z.B. MCEdit zu beheben.
