Just copy & paste, that should not be a problem.

Currently you can't rely on our backup system, but it's still your own responsibility to take care of your server and your world, that's why you should often download your world onto your own computer. However, now it's probably too late.

As @corbsmaster said already, you can copy your plugin configuration files manually.

Restart your server, wait a little bit an start it again. If it happens again, then someone trolled you. Check the op list on your server and change your password if needed.

If this is a side mod, we can't add it either, because single mods are not supported yet.
