At the My Server page there is an IP address. Enter this IP address in Minecraft Multiplayer and you may join your server.

Eventuell musst du in der Hauptkonfiguration noch einstellen, dass die Texte aus der announcements.yml übernommen werden (falls diese Datei überhaupt dafür gedacht ist).
