Can you tell me your Aternos username?

You have to completely reinstall your server with the red reinstallation button and then directly install the mod pack. After that starting your server should work.

Sorry, we can't upload the world for you either. There must be a limit otherwise servers need too long to start and too much bandwidth is used.

Download and save your world, reinstall your server, install the mod pack again and try to start it then.
