Instead of reloading your server, stop your server, then install the plugin and then start your server again.

Next time, please create your own thread for your own problems.
Modpacks are only available in default configuration on Aternos, so it's not possible to activate or deactivate single mods.

This plugin depends on GroupManager, but we don't have it (and can't add it), so it would be useless to add this too.

It's not possible to upload your own plugins to Aternos, except they are publicly available at DevBukkit or Spigot.

GroupManager can't be added because it is neither available at DevBukkit nor at Spigot.
