Vanilla commands should be in the same language as your client. There are plugins like Essentials which recognize the server's location and set the language automatically, but you should be able to change it in the configuration file manually.

Denied: This plugin is outdated and not suitable for Aternos servers.

The server stops the starting process at the moment trying to enable Essentials Green. Uninstall it to be able to start your server again. Moreover, your Factions plugin doesn't work. Make sure to install the correct version and make sure you have mcore (MassiveCore) plugin installed, too.
