Turns out your account seems to be buggy. I will notify the team and we'll see what we can do.
EDIT: I was advised to tell you that you should try to log out, delete the cache and the cookies of your browser, and to log back in again, so that you can create your server.
I didn't add any of your plugins, as they are either useless / don't have much functionality or they are not suitable for Aternos servers (we don't want the logs to be spammed by 'Log The Blocks').
Don't take it personal.
In addition, by using GNU General Public License version 3 (GPLv3) you must provide the source code to everyone who uses your plugin. The easiest way to do this is to publish the source code on GitHub, for example. Just my personal comment.

Well, just deleting your server and install it from new.
Were you ever able to start your server? It seems that your account doesn't have any access to the plugins folder. Did you try reinstalling the server yet (this will result in a loss of your world, if you already played on it)?
Can you please tell me your Aternos username?
