I have gotten the mod pack hexxit and it required forge I downloaded it and it said you need a ton more of mods what do i do ?
Don't just install Forge. You need to install the respective Launcher for the game and download the mod pack through it, that's why it didn't work for you the whole time.

I installed the newest version of Spigot, Factions and mcore (MassiveCore) and it works fine for me, so you did something wrong. Double check everything.

You can upload a world through the "My Server" page, it's the same for every operating system.
