Ja gibt es, und standardmäßig lautet diese DeinBenutzername.aternos.me, allerdings kannst du IP-Adresse auch ändern, wenn du möchtest. Die statische IP-Adresse wird dir auf der "Mein Server"-Seite angezeigt.

To manage permissions you need a permission managing plugin like PermissionsEX or bPermissions and the respective permission nodes of the plugin you want to manage the permissions of. If you don't know how to setup PermissionsEX or bPermissions just watch a tutorial online, there are a lot of YouTubers who explain it really well.

Yes, but if the authentication servers are down, Mojang can't verify that you are premium.
Actually everything should work again after restarting every server.
