You may install up to 15 plugins.
Try uninstalling some plugins so that your server starts up faster.

You also have to join your server and play on it, otherwise it will stop automatically.

I just started your server and it seems to run fine, although it took a long time to start it, probably because of too many or misconfigured plugins.
