This isn't really true anymore, the amount of RAM also depends on whether you play Vanilla, CraftBukkit/Spigot or mod packs.

Please check the console fore more information on the crash.

Please describe the mod pack a little bit and tell us why you want it to be added.

That's something we can't change because Aternos is built on a dynamic cloud system.

Aller guten Dinge sind drei. xD

Also Server komplett neu installieren, nicht nur das Modpack an sich.
