Since the version 1.6( i think )the command is /pardon not /unban
Uh no, it always was /pardon. Only plugins such as Essentials provide an /unban command.

Wenn dein Server nicht startet, dann solltest du auf jeden Fall die Konsole auf Fehler überprüfen.
