Try another plugin like admincmd or commandbook or both.
Only one of them, otherwise they may conflict.

It's not possible, because all our plugins are fetched from DevBukkit. It would take a lot of time to develop a new system which supports other sources.

What error do you get when trying to join your server? Did you check the console log yet?

wenn ich von hexxit zu vanilla wechsel wird die welt dann neu genriert ?
Nein, du solltest aber eine neue Welt generieren, da es in Hexxit Blöcke gibt, die in es in Vanilla nicht gibt.

The problem was that an error we couldn't solve prevented the server to start. As soon as we have enough time new mod packs will be added.
