Make sure you type the commands correctly and the plugins are activated. You can see your log at the "My Server" page by clicking on "Log".

We're not the developers of the plugins, so we can't fix them. You have to ask the developer of the plugin for a fix, if there really is a bug.

I think our system doesn't like the space in the directory name. Delete the file and try newer versions of Administration Panel please.
