CraftBukkit 1.8 is still experimental, so expect bugs like the ones you have. Did you try it with Spigot yet? What about checking the console?

Entweder startet es nach einer Zeit oder eben nicht. Warte einfach, bis das "Startet …" verschwindet, und versuche es dann erneut.
