Just make sure you move a little bit once a while, 10 minutes should be enough time. And if you get kicked, you just can rejoin. You still will have 5-10 minutes to rejoin then.

Genau. Damit die Plugins funktionieren, musst du diese erst korrekt(!) konfigurieren. Entweder direkt über die permissions.yml oder eben über Kommandos.

Make sure you use strong passwords and no one else has access to your email account. Don't use public WLAN Hotspots and if you do, make sure you use https (most browsers show a lock symbol).

Tom will take care of this.

Try to download your world with another browser again and make sure you import your world correctly.

Der Server sollte eigentlich normal neu starten. Kann trotzdem das ein oder andere Mal passieren, dass es nicht funktioniert, dann einfach erneut starten.
