Ok, then can you upgrade the http://aternos.org/files/ to allow us to upload, edit or delete some files, instead of only viewing and adding plugins ?
You already can edit and delete files, but you can't upload files because of the reasons I mentioned before.

Sorry, I don't understand what the problem is.
If you want to make yourself operator on your server you just have to run this command in the console:
Codeop YourNameIf you want to install plugins, you first have to install CraftBukkit or Spigot at the "My Server" page, then you can install plugins at "Files & Plugins".

It's better you edit your configuration files while your server is offline.

Get an original [lexicon]Minecraft[/lexicon] account, then everything should work fine.
You can set your server to cracked mode alternatively, but I don't recommend doing this.

This is not possible because the mods have to be installed in the server as well.

Can you join others (Aternos) servers? Do you play with an original minecraft account?
