Wenn PermissionsEX rot angezeigt wird, hast du es falsch bzw. gar nicht erst konfiguriert. Die Konfigurationsdateien findest du bei "Dateien & Plugins".

1.7.9 und 1.7.10 machen keinen großen Unterschied, denn du kannst auch mit 1.7.9 auf 1.7.10 Server und mit 1.7.10 auf 1.7.9 Server. Also solltest du auf deinem Server auch mit Mods spielen können.
