Maybe a plugin blocks the mob spawning. Which plugins do you have installed?

For me, installing plugins works fine. Reload the page after you downloaded a plugin. Alternatively, try it with an other browser again.

Make sure you have mobs enabled under the "My Server" page.

We do everything possible within our available financial resources. Just try to start your server multiple times, every second some other servers are being stopped.
