Nur die dynamische IP-Adresse. Du besitzt aber eine statische IP-Adresse, die immer gleich bleibt. Normalerweise lautet sie "DeinBenutzername.aternos.me".

Ich sehe hier keiner neue Version: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/iconomy/
Außerdem werden die Versionen automatisch von DevBukkit übernommen.
