Just go to https://aternos.org/files/Essentials/config.yml and change the config! Don't forget to save it with the save-button or CTRL + S!

Hmm, anscheinend besitzt das Modpack einen Fehler, den man so nicht beheben kann. Du musst wohl oder übel auf ein Update der Entwickler warten, wir haben darauf keinerlei Einfluss.

Die Sprache wird seit 1.7 automatisch auf den Klienten des Spielers angepasst (sofern es eine Vanilla-Server-Nachricht ist). Vorher, also in diesem Fall, wurde es immer in Englisch angezeigt, so wie jetzt bei dir.
