Because even a command block can't execute every command. By setting the idle timeout to 1 second for example you might not be able to join your server anymore. That's why some commands such as setidletimeout are blocked. And as already said, it's useless to try to execute it as our system will set the idle timeout back to 10 minutes anyways.

Currently it's not possible to upload a new world without overwriting the old one. You can only create new worlds directly on the server using Multiverse-Core or MultiWorld.

Check the server console log for additional error information. Make sure you connect to your server using the exact same version, and if you've got mods installed, install the same mods either. It's also possible your player file is corrupted. In this case download your world, remove your player file and upload your world again. Your inventory, achievements and current position in the world will be lost, but you should be able to join your server again.

Actually we (or at least I myself) have got no problem with that – these plugins just aren't suitable for Aternos because they rely on a static IP address which is just not available at Aternos. If we added these plugins they would be pretty much useless here.
