Unzip the world, delete the players directory, zip the world again and then upload it.

Don't use /reload anymore, it's not recommended. Restart your server instead.

Just read the console log. It says that the players directory is outdated. Remove the players directory and upload your world again, then it should work.

You can try to reduce the size of your world by deleting chunks using third party apps like MCEdit.

Your server is not Vanilla, and you've got a plugin installed called "MobspawnSettings" that is probably influencing the way mobs spawn on your server.
