You can't change the idle timeout and you can't disable it. It is set to 10 minutes by our system automatically as we only want active players to use their server.

FeatherBoard and Vehicles cost money. We can only add plugins that are available fore free.

It has several reasons, most importantly security related.

Can you make a screenshot of the error message next time? Did you check the server console log for additional error information yet?

Little reminder, check the server console log for additional error information if the problem hasn't been fixed yet. Mind that the original Essentials plugin only works up to Minecraft 1.7.10, and make sure EssentialsSpawn doesn't interfere with any other plugin.

If you checked the server console you would have find out that you have to type /fml confirm into it at some point. I've done that for you now, so you don't have to do it anymore in future unless the mod pack is updated.

Make sure your server is in online mode "Premium" and you join it using a valid Minecraft account.

The waiting time depends on the demand of servers. The more players want to start their server at the same time the longer the queue is. We can't influence the demand directly but we give our best to keep the waiting time as low as possible anyways.

It is not possible to download anything else than the main world.
