You can only do recovery if you backed up the previous world. If not, then all your progress is gone.
Also, did you give access to any of your server members? If you gave them Worlds access, then they could delete the world and regenerate a new one.
I have all the mods well installated in the server and the client, i was playing normally this morning but now this error isn't helping me with that

No.
You can download mods from the Aternos plugin list, but you can't upload custom ones.

Do i then need to create a group to insert my friends in and give this permission from LuckPerms to that certain group?

In LuckPerms, by default it puts everyone in that group.
If it's not working then try this:
/lp user (your friend's username) permission set timber.trigger true
Do that for all of your friend's usernames.
You can fix it like this:
Get LuckPerms or PowerRanks.
If you're using LuckPerms, enter this command:
/lp group default permission set timber.trigger true
If you're using PowerRanks, enter these commands:
/pr createrank default
/pr addperm default timber.trigger

Aternos is not 24/7 so you can't do that.
The server automatically turns off after 2 minutes of no one joining.
There ARE automatic restart plugins that can turn it off and on, but there's no way for a plugin to turn a server on.
So I think while loading the server, it failed to register one of the parts of the mod SimpleOres (the copper bucket) so now when you use any bucket it crashes.
Remove SimpleOres
Speaking of an Aternos community server, when I enter the IP aternos.org it shows the Aternos stats and when I try to join it it says invalid ip
Apparently it can't be added due to technical reasons? I'm guessing it must've referred to a post from a while ago, where you needed another download from an external site. It's been updated on Spigot where you only need to download it on the website.

If you have a welcome plugin, it's probably the problem.
Make sure cracked mode is enabled at https://aternos.org/options

I think he's asking HOW you get that message if the server is offline.
