Prefix can be found in this file: https://aternos.org/files/plugins/floodgate/config.yml
The "usercache.json" doesn't have anything to do with it.it only change newly join players prefix. usercache does certainly involved

Switch to PaperMC software,
Open server.properties and set view-distance to 3,
Install EntityTrackerFixer and SAML,
If you want to see further than 3 chunks, then open paper.yml and increase no-tick-view-distance value to whatever you like (preferably 5-10, going further than that will cause massive chunk gen lag)

Try holding Fn + F3 + P instead
Also, if this doesnt work, you could try holding Fn + F3 first, then release Fn but still hold F3, then press P

By the way, why would you think Fn will help you? Fn is not available on ALL keyboards
Him holding F3 + P opens the social interaction screen instead of disable pause on lost focus which could means his F3 doesnt work. Usually this happens due to some keyboards binds their own function to it and could be solve by holding Fn

To add to this, max-chunk-section-index should be 7 since you included nether ores which can generate up to y = 128. Set it to 3 only allow it to cover ores from y = 0 to y = 64.

you dont need a programmer just to change plugin configs. Check the plugin's wiki and faq or search google. its not hard
