Aternos only offers the latest version of any modpack.
1.16.5, 1.18.2 and 1.19.2 are available because they are independent.
1.12.2 isn't, it shares with 1.16.5.
In addition, the modpack has dropped support for 1.12.2.

Start the server.
And you should just create a backup.
If you already have backups created, you can restore the server even if your server has been deleted.
