You didn't install the mod on your CurseForge.
Right click your Instance in CurseForge and choose open folder, then drop the lucky block mod in the mods folder there.

You can access the backups on the backups page on Aternos.
You can't download backups directly, you can only download plugins/mods configs and the worlds.
What exactly is the command you try to run?
Do you see ads besides the ones for exaroton?

Install xaeros minimap mod on your client, just like Pixelmon.
