If the optimize option in the worlds section is enabled, disable it and upload the world again.

Plugins updates are automatic.
The 5.2.0 version is on their spigot page but it can't be downloaded directly, therefore it's not available on Aternos.
Aternos has MythicMobs from devbukkit/curseforge but it currently doesn't have the 5.2.0 version available there.

What's your randomTickSpeed on https://aternos.org/worlds/files/level.dat ?
Did you spawn a lot of entities?
