The mod "ConnectedTexturesMod" is a client-side only mod, means that you don't need to install it onto your server, you only need to install it on your PC and it should works.

If the website says that it cannot be added, then it cannot be added.
Just wait a little bit until it gets more popular.

As far as I know CurseForge site is having issues, which affects bukkit.

You'll have to wait until CurseForge fixes their website.

Using a Forge world on a Fabric server can cause problems and is not recommended, this is also the reason why the system want's you to reinstall the server. If you still want to try it then do the following:

(I suggest make a backup before doing this so if it does go wrong, you can roll back)

- Download your world

- Switch to Fabric

- Upload the world you downloaded

Do you use TLauncher?

If you're on Java 16, downgrade to 11(you can change it by going to options and look for the Environment option) and delete the SavedData folder located here afterwards.
