some players in my server try to login but they aren't able to interact after typing the login credentials in, and they eventually get kicked out bcoz of KeepAlive timeout:
board.aternos.org/wcf/attachment/4741/
Rest of the time it says:
board.aternos.org/wcf/attachment/4742/
We have tried everything, tried few different login plugins, disabled and enabled shaders, tried launching different versions of 1.17.1, the same issue persists. The plugin we are using currently for login is OpeNLogin, its a 1.17.1 Paper/Bukkit Server.

This plugin named Elite Mobs which I installed from Plugins list from aternos website, requires another few files to be uploaded In its imports folder but we can't upload files into plugin's folder, is there anyway to upload files into the plugins folder? If not then what's the point of having Plugins like these.
