Your changes to the Multiverse configuration look correct.
So that prefix might come from another plugin.

Then the problem is related to the world.
You can try to delete your playerfile: Delete someones playerfile
Another option would be to restore a known working backup.
And if neither of this works what can i do?

Hello! My Aternos server is on 1.16.1 and when i log in with the DYN Ip and with the normal one i stay on the server like 1-2 minutes then it says Timed Out. Can someone help.Please!
P.S: Im on tlauncher,my connections are good. ( Its a 1 year old server so its a big map and i dont want to lose it,i tried downloading the world and doing another server with that map its the same error)
