It looks like the mod creator forgot to put in a proper name for the mod.
You can just compare the mods folder on the server and on your computer to find out which is missing.
It must be the same on server and client.

When I want to enter my server it appears that I need the mod ''mod name 1.4.0 '' and I can't find that mod, I tried with the mod name tooltip but it didn't work. I'm supposed to see the server mods in files but I don't see any mod called mod name, please help. (i use google traductor sorry for my english)
