he has no console access, is not op, only has start and log perms
Make sure he has no console access and is not OP on your server.
In case you have plugins on your server make sure that there is no plugin that allows him to do that.

If your server is in Cracked mode, people can just freely join with any usernames. Consider disabling Cracked mode in Options, or just install any authentication plugin in your server.
Well I play cracked, so If I disable cracked mode then I can't play, so could you suggest an authentication plugin?

We are playing on offline mode and he just joins via my username and jumps into lava with my username, please suggest a plugin to stop him from doing that.

I removed files permissions after that and now he says he doesnt even need files perms now and he says he can check inv, achievements and etc without them, how do i stop him from doing it, he has only start and log perms on aternos.
