I'm no expert, but it looks like it's saying it wants Minecraft 1.17. Did you get the right version? Maybe you downloaded a snapshot? Lmk if I'm wrong here.
ı tried to install mods for 1.16.5 and latest versions everything is for 1.16.5 but error says 1.17
