Hello, I am so sorry to bother you, but I made an SMP so me and my friends can play privately, but the server might not be online when they want to join and I am the only one with console access. I was wondering if some staff could help me keep the server up for a good while until it restarts. The server s name is Zeroland Evolution, for furthermore information I hope we can talk privately in discord my name there is Alon.

Glowstone is a server software based on completely independet code. It does not rely on Mojang code or the former Bukkit code. But they implemented the Bukkit API which allows using most Bukkit plugins with it.
However, plugins like ViaVersion are so special that the required interfaces, features etc. may not exist on Glowstone.
Bukkit itself does not exist anymore -> use spigot.
Yes, that should work in most cases.

And Are Spigot And Bukkit Plugins Compatable With Paper/Bukkit? As Paper Is A Fork Of Spigot Thats A Fork Of Bukkit That’s A Modification Of The Original Server Jar

They have the same origin, but are now independent projects with some of their own features.
Its Paper/Bukkit and Spigot/Bukkit.
Noone said Paper/Spigot
Also How Come Glowstone Says It’s Compatible With Spigot/Bukkit When It Isn’t Working With ViaVersion, ViaBackwards, ViaRewind Or ProtocolSupport?
It Works With Geyser...

Spigot/Bukkit = Spigot
Paper/Bukkit = Paper
Spigot is derivative of Bukkit.
Paper is a derivative of Spigot.
All bukkit plugins work on Spigot and Paper.
The /Bukkit note on the software page for Spigot and Paper was added to make that clear.
So Paper/Spigot And Paper/Bukkit Are The Same Just A Different Name?
