just did that,did not solve the problem,and then reinstalled the plugins,still nothing,i am pretty certain it is not the plugins as my friend uses the exact same in his server
Remove the plugins again?

I have an issue where items will never drop from an item farm and boats and minecarts will not as well,this used to happen before i downloaded the plugins,pls help
