If you overwrite the world by uploading a new one / generating a new one the only way to get it back are backups.
So now it is possible or not

It's still not possible to restore a world without backups.
The engineer checked the logs and done it. I have enabled backups

If you don't have backups, we can't help either.
But I have seen someone others post who was asking help for the same problem and his problem was solved by an engineer

ON 17 MAY 2021, I replaced my world on my aternos server by mistake. and I don't have the backup of that world it's my humble request to get back that world, because me and my friend have made lot of progress in it, and I feel very sad for losing my world. please try and help me getting that world back. my server IP - 0___arsh___7.aternos.me
