The biomes aren't spawning so me and my friends cannot progress the modpack. What would be the solution?

As I said in the title, the world doesn't generate any abyssalcraft biomes... Can anyone help?

Me and my friends are playing MC Eternal lite (1.3.7 LITE), but to progress we need certain mobs to spawn. We could cheat those mobs into the game, but it wouldn't feel the same as actually encountering them in the wild. The view distance is already set to 10, mob spawning is on and the difficulty is set to hard. Does any one know how to fix this?
