Hello
Im understand, you here dont want a random noname who spam mod he just created a second ago with 10 downloads.
But are really doing it right now? Some good mods already have almost 300k downloads, and system says "it not famous enough to be not even added, but suggested".
Im trying make server with "Better portals" so i need some food in Nether to survive. But there are not many mods who suggest food in Nether.
Here also Spice of Life, so i basically forced to fill my inventory with different food, not useful materials, going to Nether like in big dungeon.
Its not just this situation. I notice it here and there.
Maybe its time to change system a bit?
Like "if there are 1k+ downloads, and mod is 7+ days old, we can look at mod, but no add guarantee, if mod has 50k+ downloads, we can look at him on 3+ days, if mod instantly receive 100k+ downloand, we can immediately look at him"?
Did you say, "mod with 1k downloands is not famous enough to add him" ?
At least 1k peoples probably want to play him on server, but you don't add it.
