Please Help 1.17.1

Im using a plugin called lastlocation and ive tried multiverse's built in command but both dont have a option to disable specific worlds.

Nvm found out number one but still need help with number 2

1. How do I make it so that with multiverse core when the players are in the hub and try to go to another world lets say survival world, To make it so it teleports them to the last spot they were in when they logged off. And they keep their loot and when they go to the hub they have nothing in their inventory.

2. Also, Is their an alternative to perworldsplugin because some plugins don't have a worlds option in their config and perworlds is only for 1.12.2 and not for 1.17.1.

So I added deluxe hub for my Hub, AND IT RESET EVERYONES STATS, their homes, and their achievements, but the most shocking thing is that on the homes config and everywhere that got reset all the stats are still there in the configs it just never loaded into the server and this all happened right after I added deluxe hub 3. PLEASE HELP

ALSO EVERYONE IS MAD, and don't ask me to reset to a backup cause I added many stuff and I wanna keep deluxe hub, there must be a way without resetting or deleting anything I JUST WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE THEIR THINGS BACK PLEASE.

I tried It but then it has a error

So I installed hub gadgets and It works perfectly with the hub but when I go to the SMP world in my server the hub gadgets are still there. Also, No one has permission to use friends and hub gadgets. Is there a way to make the plugins only on one world and give them the permission. But, I cant do it myself I'm new and I need help. Also, every time I install deluxe hub weird stuff happen like we all have our inventory in the SMP reset, and we have double jump and annoying chat messages and random particles on the screen, and pressure plates turn into launch pads on the SMP.

Yes, but idk which one can you give me an example of how to do it with a seed, like give me a example command?

How do I add a custom world with multiverse-core based off a seed or imported, like if I wanted a hub I found on a website and I got the seed for it, how would I put it into my server like with multiverse, or another way?
