Then start the mc launcher, click edit profile, and in the bottom left or bottom right it should say Open save, or something close to that. Then click that and goto the texture packs or whatever you need

Press the arrow next to your name and click files and plugins and there should be a file for the plugin. Not the .jar one, the other type

Well I can't make decisions but it takes a while for them to add packs because they need to test packs on their servers to see if they would work.

You can use bPermissions, but don't forget to also add Vault to make bperms work
