You should be able to click on the pack then goto options and choose the version you want. Yes everyone has to use technic to play the pixelmon pack

Technic is a modded mc launcher. It's safe it needs your login so you can play on modded servers.

All you need to do is choose install. That will install it to the server. Next you need to get the pack

These are meant to be private servers with friends not public.

@Bayside308 I'm not exactly sure. I always thought that some modpacks or the lesser used should be replaced with better packs to save space or whatever it is

Try adding "Vault" to make bperms work. Even though it doesn't say it needs Vault, I'm 99% sure when I made a server with bperms I needed Vault

The max map size is 100MB. If it is smaller and still not working, try using a different browser. If neither of these work please explain the problem in more detail

To get plugins, you will need to install a server software such as craftbukkit. Then click the green arrow next to your name in the upper right, and click files & plugins. Then search for plugins you want, such as factions.

They have already tried and there was a problem so they removed it.
