Sorry, but aternos doesn't allow custom modpacks. You have to choose from what they provide

They only add plugins from dev.bukkit.org sorry

What are json signs? Maybe you need a plugin? Or does your server have command blocks enabled?

Seems like a great plugin! But aren't you getting close to 15 plugins and if they don't add it, you can always just broadcast the link to the texture pack download.

They don't enable optional mods, sorry.
