Forge isn't a plugin, its a coremod. And, Aternos has modpacks that you can install and play.

How many plugins do you have? Which ones are they, and include their versions.

Make sure you have the same version of the mod pack installed on your client as on the server.
I think the modpack just needs to be re downloaded to the aternos servers because the servers are some how "adding" mods that aren't in the pack. I have tried using the most recent update which is the same version as the Aternos server but it says missing mods.

Google Translate, just translates each word for word. That is why it sucks. I'm taking Spanish in high school and if I try to use Google translate its really weird.

Any free server won't work well for public. So buy a cheap server and get some loyal people then upgrade. Or advertise in social media or somewhere. All great servers start somewhere.

You would need to know how many people would be on so you could set the player limit. Aternos is mainly for private servers among friends or relatives. I think it would be hard to use Aternos publicly.

You need to use MC edit to remove any temp files. And its probably just the same bug everyone else is having atm.
