Just give it time. At least that's what I did. I couldn't connect with the static IP so I just waited a bit.

You can't have a modpack and plugins, only 1 or the other

They usually only add well known modpacks

Why whitelist it... Who is going to guess your IP. Or just kick people who join. And /whitelist and /op works for me on my 1.6.4 modded server

In the console type /whitelist playername
To whitelist a person

Also do /op playername
To op a person

The whitelist and OP function on the website doesn't work for versions 1.7.6 and above. So that's why you need to type it in console.

Give him the IP that you joined with or make sure whitelist is off

Please check for the plugins before requesting them. Also use the plugin request form or whatever
