So I found the link and I'll make a description for him because this looks fun.

I think you should add this plugin because it allows you to make loot crates for people to open using crate keys, which you can reward players with. Or you can make them vote for keys. It looks really awesome. You can customize almost everything in the plugin. The loot, the keys, and you can have didn't levels of loot

So far no, and also you would need to use all 14-16 slots when the server is up, because if you dont the server would shut down

I haven't used aternos in a couple days so I wouldn't know about the saving issues, but you can open console and type /op mcname to give yourself admin

Aternos can only accept plugins from Dev.bukkit.org

I'm pretty sure if you choose new there is a super flat option, if not make a world in single player and upload it

The reason aternos doesnt let you edit ftp is because you can male you server 24/7 or make more slots for players
