exaroton = pay to create server, can upload your custom plugins/files, can work 24/7, hardware be modified (RAM, storage)
You don't pay to create the server but to keep the server online, and you can't change the storage, every server has a size limit of 10gb and you can't increase or decrease that.
aternos = free, can't upload anything custom, can't work 24/7, can't change hardware
That's wrong, you can upload custom files, just not specifically mods and plugins.
I also don't see the point in making your post since you just repeated what I said and added some false information. If someone already replied to a post then there's no need for you to say anything.

Well for starters you can upload your own mods and plugins. You can also choose how much RAM you want on your server (up to 16gb) and let the server starts whenever a player (or an operator or a whitelisted player) joins. You can make your server 24/7, which isn't recommended as exaroton wasn't made for that, but you can. I've never really used it, I did make a really quick server just to try it out and I can say that it looked a lot faster and smoother, but I'm not sure. These are just a few of the main features, I'd say exaroton is just a lot less limited and if you can, you should use it over Aternos.

Do you use mods? If yes, please make sure the mods installed on the server match the mods installed on the client, in the same exact version.
If you don't use mods, or if you do but you are sure they match, try following the steps of this article.
