What if I have people on the server online 24/7. Is it possible to do so ???
If somehow you or other people can play 24/7 then the server will just stay online, restarting every few hours or so to adjust the server load.

Dynmap won't be added because servers share the same IP address. Dynmap runs on port 8080 by default, and when everyone uses that port, there will be problems. Another reason is that it generates thousands of files, which can cause issues with the storage system.

Server was stopped because it took too long to start. Try reducing the load to avoid this in the future.
Try removing some mods.

yeah, i see that but for example there are many things that you cant do with just plugins, if i switch my server to paper or spigot my server is gonna go from 20tps with 5 players to 15tps with 1 player

All the mods in both the server and the client must be the same, in the same exact version.
When you install the new mod in your server make sure you install the same mod in the same exact version in the client as well.
