Too much effort for just one mod, don't you think?

It is not a single, carpet is

Most of those mods couldn't be added anyway, since they are not on supported websites.

there is many mods that works with it and many off the features are world optimization and many bug fixes

And even if they do add Carpet mod, how are you so sure that all of those mods can and will be added?

it is not that harmful but it is anything

It really is harmful, not only you can use it to make fake players and therefore run the server 24/7, but as you just said, it lets you run scripts externally, so what would stop players to use it in a malicious way in servers? I'm sure the Team could try to do something to prevent that, but that brings us again at the same point: too much effort for a single mod.

I think you should trust the Team when they say it cannot be added, this because they already tried adding it in the past, but they were forced to remove it.

Usually the error means that you are missing a mod or that you have a different version installed. Double check all mods installed on Aternos and on your client. If that's not the case, share your client log correctly:

    1. open your minecraft installation path (enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
    2. open the logs folder
    3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor
    4. copy and paste the content of the file to https://mclo.gs/
    5. send the link here

Security: you can use clamAV(free and open source) ftp to scan files for viruses and delete them.

Sure, that could be added but it would be impossible to make it so that it can scan any possible virus, 24/7 bot, etc. Also, too much useless work for something that has too many downsides.

Using mods or plugins for 24/7 server: you can add a feature that will STOP not restart servers if they are online for more that 4 hrs (or 5).

This just doesn't make any sense. It still wouldn't be a 24/7 server. You want your server to stay online 4/5 hours? Play for 4/5 hours.

I think many people would accept that if they were given ftp file uploading. Make a poll in forums or discord server to see how many people like this idea.

This is not a valid example, everyone would say yes just because it's a new feature. Even people who don't actually need it. For them it's deciding whether they want a plus feature or not. No one would say no.

I really hope a team member reads this and thinks about the solutions i came up with.

No need, your same "solutions" have been repeated by many different users over and over again. They won't add any of these features. And sure, the possible upsides of these feature are honestly good, I mean, who wouldn't want a FREE 24/7 server with ftp access? But unfortunately that's not possible, because again, the upsides don't cover the downsides.

Filezilla is free and open source so i don't know what else the problem is.

Being paid and not open source are not the only possible problems. Then again, the problem is not with Filezilla. It's with the concept of uploading custom files.

just use a free virus scanner like virustotal and block even if one of the engine detected the file being a virus.

If the Team was ever going to make a virus scanner, they wouldn't use one that already exist, especially if it's a free one. They would probably going to make one to be more safe, but again, too much useless work.

I think what Faze was trying to say in his first message is that if someone's server's going to be deleted soon it means that they don't access their server often. So that message would be pretty useless since if people were able to see it, it means that they do access their server often, therefore their server won't be deleted and the message will not be shown. And also, you should always link an email, and if you don't do that, at least make backups.

That's because there's no specific criteria. While a mod with 1k downloads could be added, another mod with the same number of downloads, or even more, might not be added.
